Our programmes equip children aged 7 to 9 and young people aged 12 to 16 with essential life skills to foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and confidence.
Physical wellbeing
- Introduce children to a range of locally available sports.
- We leverage the power of fun and celebrate children for trying their best.
- We deliver long-term participation and behaviour change.
Mental wellbeing
- We use the NHS’ ‘five ways to mental wellbeing’ framework to help children improve their emotional health.
Leadership – Secondary Schools
- Train young people (12-16 years old) as “Young Leaders”.
- We deliver up to 24 hours of core skills training, and 6 hours of festival leadership experience.
- Deliver Sports Leaders Level 1 and 2 qualifications.
Leadership – Primary Schools
- Train children (9-10 years old) as “Leaders of Fun”.
- We deliver 6 hours of core skills training, and 1 hour of festival leadership experience.
Family
- We engage whole families in meaningful activities together.
